TERMS OF SALES

Article 1 – Acceptance

When you make a purchase on this website, we consider that you accept the general conditions of sale of dessinemoiunbiscuit.com.

Dessine moi un biscuit reserves the right to modify its General Conditions of Sale without notice. The applicable T&Cs will be those in effect when ordering on the website. Current prices may be subject to change without notice.

Article 2 – Products

All the products we offer on this website belong to the Dessine moi un biscuit brand. The role of the website is to promote and describe the articles as precisely as possible with texts and images.

Article 3 – Inventory

When a product is no longer available, it is put “out of stock”. However, if you come to order a product that is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible (email, telephone) in order to offer you 3 options:

– Wait for replenishment
– Request a voucher for an equivalent amount
– Request a refund

Article 4 – Prices

The prices indicated on dessinemoiunbiscuit.com are in CAD (Canadian dollar) and HT (Excluding Taxes). Shipping costs are not included in the price. For orders in Canada, the tax calculation is based on your place of residence at checkout.

For orders outside CANADA, no tax is applicable.
Promotional offers (discount code, reductions) cannot be combined with each other.

Article 5 – Payments

Payment for your purchases must be made in full when ordering. The products will then be shipped to the buyer.

Dessine moi un biscuit does not record any data concerning credit card payments. Confidential data (card number, expiry date and cryptogram) is transmitted encrypted and does not pass through the server of Dessine moi un biscuit. We therefore do not have access to this confidential information. Each Payment is secured by PayPal.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are shipped to the delivery address (not the billing address).

If the customer notices problems upon receipt of the order (broken or missing products), he must report it by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier within 2 days of receipt of the package.

For deliveries, the carrier’s tracking number will serve as proof. In case of problems, the carrier must open an investigation at the request of the customer. Dessine moi un biscuit will wait for the end of the latter to give a definitive answer to the customer (refund or reshipment).

If the delivery could not be made (incomplete or incorrect address), or if the package is returned to us for refusal or non-complaint by the customer, the delivery costs will remain the responsibility of the buyer. The order will therefore be refunded without delivery costs.

Article 7 – Revocation

The customer has a withdrawal period of seven (7) days after receipt of his order. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be reimbursed by Dessine moi un biscuit. Returned products will be inspected and accepted only if they are new, in their original packaging and have never been used.

All broken, worn, incomplete items or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.

If the buyer decides to use his right of withdrawal, Dessine moi un biscuit undertakes to reimburse the items ordered within thirty (30) days of receipt of the latter in his offices. The refund will be made by the same means as the payment.

The purchase invoice must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the refund.

Article 8 – Warranty

Dessine moi un biscuit agrees to refund or exchange any item received that does not comply with the customer’s order. For this, the customer must return the item to us in its original packaging. We will refund or exchange after analyzing the returned product (return costs borne by the customer).
